The Exedy twin-plate clutch system uses a purpose-built flywheel combined with a special twin-plate race-style clutch. The twin-plate mechanism delivers double the leverage of a normal clutch, meaning this clutch has the same pedal pressure as a normal clutch, but it can handle a whopping 600 lb-ft. of torque!
Special tensioning clips in the clutch minimize the rattle characteristic of multi-plate setups. The fit and finish is amazing -- you'll want to hang it on your wall instead of burying it in your bell housing.
