Track Day! Summit Point, WV, Nov. 1-2 2003

In Japan, there's an event called Hyper Meeting, which features the Subaru WRX and Lancer Evo in a circuit track setting. We really like this idea. The Japanese one is a big deal, with all the tuners and magazines in attendance. Our version was a little more low-key, but the fun of "Evo vs. WRX" was still there...

Mach V Motorsports sponsored a WRX/Evo High Performance Driving Event in conjunction with NASA Virginia at Summit Point on November 1 and 2, 2003. More than 25 Subaru WRX and Mitsubishi Lancer Evo cars showed up, and a good time was had by all. The little AWD cars really impressed some of the other track day participants!
