At the track, the Evo rolls a lot. And, we must admit, with the 18" wheels on, people commented that the car looked "lifted." So we swapped on some RS-R Ti-2000 springs, which lowered it 1 1/4" in the front and about 5/8" in the rear. It looks great, and the ride seems about the same (we have the progressive wind of the RS-R springs to thank for that.) Cornering is much flatter!

In front we chucked the factory steel strut bar in favor of a titanium unit from Cusco that weighs only 1.5 pounds.

Update 2006: We added Cusco sway bars and Cusco camber plates. Combined with some sticky track tires, the grip went up tremendously! And yet it's still plenty civil to drive around on the street.
